CO-FOUNDER

Started a boutique UXD consultancy with RISD friends, bringing our creative backgrounds and specialization in digital technology to high growth clients in the Bay Area and beyond.

2006–2010: Co-founder, Principal Designer for all major accounts: Cisco, Wells Fargo, Renesas.

2011–2016: Led hiring to a high of 45 staff + contractors. Established culture of best-in-class design. Focused company on B2B SaaS.

2017–2021: Planned exit at the end of 2021, ending a five year equity transfer to partners. Operated as CEO during pandemic and recovery.

EXPERIENCE

As majority owner Partner: drove revenue through sales, design strategy for accounts, hired and managed talent, set standards for the studio

As account lead: directed design strategy and teams over multi-year relationships, often as Head of Design for the client.

Deep experience in B2B2C SaaS, with focus on verticals of HealthTech, IT, and FinTech. 25 years anchored in the Bay Area.
